Lesson on The Cricket in Times Square!  This lesson is for you to use before, during, and after you read the novel. 

I.  The first set of questions and searches are to introduce you to the setting, characters, and background of the book.   

II. The next set of questions will introduce you to some important elements of the book, and the author of the book, George Selden.

III. The third set of questions introduces book awards, the new york subway, and  book reviews.

Each set of questions and searches is followed by the internet links that provide resources to answer the questions.

IV.  The last page of the webquest contains a link to quiz questions for each chapter of the book.  As you finish each chapter, take the quiz on the printable version, print it out, and turn it in to your teacher.
